Komoka Optometry

Dr. Chan has been my optometrist for the past several years. When I found out that she was opening up her own practice at Komoka Optometry, I immediately knew I had to book an appointment there with her. I was extremely impressed by the service, staff, and the amazing collection of frames when I had my annual eye check up there recently. The staff were so amazing and sweet and helped me pick out my new Eco Eyewear frames (first frame I have bought in YEARS) and have received endless compliments by friends and family. I had fun modelling different styles for Amber, Lydia, and Dr. Chan! All 3 helped me pick out the best one for my face shape. I drove to Komoka from Toronto at the time and Amber, the optician, even adjusted the display frame on me so that she could match it to my glasses when they came in, since I needed them shipped back to Toronto. As a side-note: I love the chic minimalist look of the office. It's so bright and airy and definitely doesn't feel stuffy like how other older offices can be.

The new office is beautiful and sparkling clean, and the staff are so kind and helpful. My daughter was nervous for her appointment, but after meeting Dr. Stephanie McLellan she felt at ease. She loved that Dr. Stephanie talked to her and asked her all of the questions about her eyes. On the way home my daughter commented about how much she enjoyed her appointment. Thank you!

Though I could not see their smiles under the masks, you could sure feel them from the moment you walk into Komoka Optometry until the moment you leave. The friendly, calm atmosphere from all staff members is very much appreciated during these times.

During these crazy Covid-19 times, walking into Komoka Optometry's brightly lit showroom and backrooms sure do make you feel safe and comfortable. Everything is very clean, and clearly labeled to help put you at ease.

WOW! The office is beautiful, clean and organized, but more importantly the service was exceptional. I felt very safe, both for myself and my 14 month. The staff ensured the glasses, equipment and surfaces were all sterilized. Dr. Chan took her time with my 14 month old for his first ever eye exam and he was very comfortable during the examination. They have a great selection of frames and I'll definitely be back when I need new glasses.

Great experience! The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. I received a very thorough eye examination, with all of my questions answered. There was a lot of selection from well made, beautiful eyeglasses for me to choose from. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit such a great experience.
