I bought my home from Waverly Homes in 2019 and did not move in until recently. After moving in, I noticed there were a few minor issues. I reached out to the customer service. Their service representative Pam Toro replied my email almost immediately and made quick arrangement to send repair persons. Many issues were resolved in a timely manner. The conversation with her was so pleasant that my initial frustration was gone right away. Another impressive thing is that the builder Yasser Yanni called me, right after I emailed the customer service. He explained the solution and different options very frankly and honestly. My overall experience with Wavely Homes is very good, particularly with the customer service and the builder. Though one repair is delayed due to the Pandemic and still awaiting, I feel assured that it will be taken care by the team.
I had a few issues with my house as well that required attention. I will be honest, I was given the run around for quite some time and it got pretty frustrating dealing with them. Then I realized there was also a lot of miscommunication happening that lead to the frustration. I was talking to several different people and each would tell me something different. Until I finally got a hold of the builder himself and directly voiced my concerns to him regarding the outstanding repairs in my house...My overall impression of Yasser Yanni is that he is a good and honourable man, and he will go above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. He is more than fair and will work with you in a calm and relaxed demeanour until you’re happy. However, you must do your part as well and keep following up and keep the communication clear and concise with ONE person. Also, be mindful that there will be some delays with certain items being rectified due to Covid. So be patient.
