Met with Jennifer to discuss possibility of holding a wedding there. She was very friendly, professional and polite. And look forward to potentially working with her in the future.

West Haven was an absolute dream come true. They worked with us throughout the entire planning process and made it attainable for us to have the wedding of our dreams. The venue is absolutely beautiful and I was beyond inspired to create a modern-rustic romantic wedding.
The staff the entire night were happy, polite, professional and genuinely enjoyed themselves as they served and mingled with our guests. They not only went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of, but also were so thoughtful about the details that are often forgotten. As simple as serving the ladies first, really impacted the tragectary of the night. We had so many comments about how wonderful the staff were all evening.
The food was INCREDIBLE. Everything delicious, plated nicely and served in a timely manner. Chef Darryl was willing to work with us to create a menu that was more than we could ever of dreamed of. The food was actually so good it was shocking to everyone, simply wow!! Amazing, perfection!
Lastly.. there's Jennifer.. I cannot say enough great things about her. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are prepared and comfortable thoughout the entire planning process. Offers great ideas, suggestions and asks the questions you need to hear in order to stay on track. Honestly I dont really know how people plan a wedding without her. She ensured that EVERYTHING was perfect leading up to the day and on the day. The staff clearly love working with her and respect her as the leader in order for everyone to be a well oiled machine. Jennifer is what made our day so perfect. I am controlling by nature and as soon as I met her, I knew I could trust her with our day. The venue is beautiful, but she is the reason we chose West Haven. Above and beyond isn't even the right wording, it's more than that. My sister forgot her boots for taking pictures in the snow.. Jennifer gave my sister HER BOOTS! My mom had a hard time bustling my dress, Jennifer got on the floor to help.. she directed everyone down the isle and put them at ease before they turned the corner.. EVERYTHING was perfect.. everything.
I am so thankful for our entire experience. What bride gets to say that nothing went wrong on their wedding day?! So lucky, so blessed. Thank you West Haven!!! Thank you thank you thank you!

I just went to a wedding for new year's and it was very nice, the staff, the food, the drinks, everything was on point!

Our son's wedding was at West Haven on New Year's Eve. From the moment we walked in the door to the time the last person left at the end of the night, every single staff member was unfailingly kind, helpful, genuinely enthusiastic and dedicated to making sure the entire evening went off without a hitch.
When my corsage fell apart 10 minutes before the ceremony, 4 people immediately jumped into action and, armed with a glue gun, managed to get it put back together and return it to me with a smile (in spite of several burned fingers courtesy of the glue gun) just in time for me to walk down the aisle.
Jennifer is absolutely worth her weight in gold. She and her team worked so hard to make sure that every single detail was taken care of.
I lost count of how many people came up to me throughout the course of the night and said how beautiful the venue was, how fantastic the setup was and how quickly the staff changed the area from wedding chapel to dance floor.
We had several guests with different dietary needs and every single one of them were taken care of without them even having to mention their needs.
We are so very grateful for everyone who worked so hard to make the entire day run so smoothly. Both my son and my daughter-in-law feel that it was perfect. They are so happy they chose to have the wedding there.
It takes a lot to get top Mark's from me, but I would absolutely recommend West Haven to anyone wanting a beautiful setting and excellent service for any occasion.

Not a member but have the opportunity to play a few rounds of golf with a member throughout the year.... Great course, staff and dining. Stopped in for lunch today, good food and service. 👍
