    I hurt my lower back during Covid lockdown in March 2020 and ended up with significant sciatic pain. With no one to go to, I spent about 2 months icing and stretching, as well as taking way more Tylenol and Advil than I'm comfortable with. I just kept thinking "it's going to go away, push through". It just continued to get worse.
    When Charlene reopened it took a while to get in to see her because she's busy, but the difference she made in only one visit is amazing! I didn't tell Charlene, but honestly I was to the point I was beginning to lose hope that I'd ever get back to normal again. There are so many things I can do now without pain... I am so grateful! I will go back as I can in order to continue the healing process for my body, but I am one happy camper! Thank you Charlene... what you did was way, way more than I could have hoped for!
