Great service
Good service and one of the few trustworthy shops who don't seem to recommend unneeded services. Good diesel techs fair shop rate.
I took my cube van to get it's annual safety done, along with brake pads and rotors. They fixed the brake pads and rotors but after leaving their shop my truck would stall and turn off while driving (this happened 3-4 times) I never had this issue prior to having my truck serviced at Southwest. Although Jay eventually fixed the problem after coming back a couple times, I did get a large bill that was confusing to read at the end of it all.
I just feel a little taken after the whole process, Jay lowered the invoice a bit after I called and voiced my concerns which was nice but I still had a large bill to pay.
