Pet Value is the only store I get excellent service and helpful staff. They always return bags if my finicky allergic girl gets itchy or has a problem which is greatly appreciated when you end up having to spend a lot of money on vet bills in addition to allergic reactions. I have always found the staff here extremely helpful and all the Pet Valu locations and I will not support any other businesses that do not give me excellent service. I always find the staff is extremely knowledgeable very helpful and is willing to listen and help me. I would greatly suggest that anyone looking for the small store experience The Helpful staff and not getting lost come to the store. I am sick of going to large stores where no one is willing to help me although everyone seems to be standing around doing nothing. At Pet Valu personal service is still a must for all stuff and they appreciate every customer. I really enjoy my visits to the store because I know that I'll come away satisfied and happy and if I have any problems I will never ever have to think twice about bringing back product. I enjoy talking about my dog and I enjoy learning about the dogs staff have as they use their knowledge to help me with my dog and I really appreciate that.
