Not a stable job. Good to fill a drought

Currently employed by Teppen working at Variform Plant E Strathroy Ontario. Where do I start? Started my first shift last year same month, and just like any other job you may get paid to do. I didn't know a whole bunch about manufacturing. So it has taken me a bit to become more confident in my job role. All training as temps is required and it is paid for and mandatory. Most people are friendly to work for and also work with. The style of this Pseudo Military Ranking CIC doesn't really motivate or keep morale up. One thing is clear they make sure that you understand the job,and if they don't have enough paitence make sure that you have paitence and are willing to work for them. Because you will not have a job for much longer if you don't. That is what you signed up for be cautious of that. More advice I have is get along with your co workers and try to understand where everyone is coming from. I see all these self entitled people and I just wonder what walk of life they come from who they are . But I realise I'm just Buddy Im there to learn a Trade and make a living then go home nothing more or less.that doesn't mean I can't be half decent to the people around me. Common courtesy is helpful before professional courtesy. I was Iooking forward to a career if it was available and if it where I'd take it but it wasn't given to me so I will not be becoming a full time VARI-FORM employee unfortunately. If you're single and live at mommies and daddies this job is perfect for you. No real idea of a work place in your 20's just starting out in the job scene. This job is not for you; you will need to have developed some kind of skill sets that are appropriate to working 8 hours a day. And it is hard labour. People with families not so much a bad job for you just the work and home balance life isn't pleasent sometimes. My heart goes out to that work force. Because you understand that struggle and why you do it. Beyond Even if its just for money. Not really much shame in that.? Just remember other people are legitimately trying to learn this job and trade. So no matter where you are on the ladder give people a chance unless they're 100% reprobates. .... Just saying. Which I am not.

Pros: employment, security.
Cons: complaining isn't productive
