I am happy I went to Jackson Monuments & Stoneworks. Not only are they substantially cheaper than ordering from the cemetery, they provide professional service and a quality product. Mark took the time to explain the process of ordering a bronze marker with a granite base to the delivery. I can thank Mark enough for all the time and patience with helping design the bronze plaque and making call to the manufacturer for my unique requests.
Mark was knowledgeable about the individual cemetery restrictions and requirements. I had a request to rush the bronze as we were having the interment in a few months. Mark could not promise the the bronze arrive in time for the cemetery to complete the installation. They were able to delivered it a couple of weeks prior to the interment.

I wish I had found Jackson Monuments sooner. I did find them and they created a small temporary stone for me for my sons grave and soon after provided the on site inscription service to add the date of death to my mothers stone. Great service, pricing is far better than stone ordered from cemetery. Mark was thoughtful and understanding of our grief. I would recommend in a heart beat.
