(August 1, 2023, 11:11 pm)I received an email alerting me of a flash sale for today for 25% off all canned cat and dog food. I called the Pet Value in Dorchester and they were kind enough to set aside the food I needed for my dog.
When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a very friendly associate. She further assisted me by checking to make sure that more of the food I was buying would be coming in on the next shipment.
Wonderful service, the store is always clean and bright.
I will continue to shop here and recommend this store to any pet owners.

(March 5, 2023, 3:46 pm)Visited your store for the first time on Saturday. Victoria helped me and I was blown away by her customer service (for a young girl). Hard to find now days, especially with younger kids I find.
