I would like to shout the praises of Masse's "TEAM" which also includes who they contract work out to for their cohesion , professionalism, and personableness as a team. They truly all work together with your best interest up front and centre.Reason for needing a Company of this calibre was we were leaving to winter in Texas November 15th, 2015 Masse was recommended to us by our lawyer and good friend.
We contacted Masse and were very impressed with them (Richard Masse, vice president, his wife, Office Administrator and Dwayne, Client Coordinator/Draftsperson . After talking and meeting with these three we decided that this was the company for us. We returned with my husband, Doug's drawings for our dream home. After some suggestions and adjustments from Dwayne . The house was a go.
We left November 15th with no concerns during the winter months there was emails and calls to check in with us as the house progressed. Even some pictures. April 7th we returned to close our home after a thorough inspection with Richard, instructions on how our Energy Saver items worked, and an invitation to call if we needed help or if there was a problem. Moved in April 8th. My husband and I were amazed at how well Masse had followed through with our plans and desires.
We did find one problem, one of the vanity counter tops had a mark. No problem said Richard and there wasn't. They will be here this week with our new counter top. I would also like to thank Richard for being so understanding with us old folk in helping us understand all the new energy saving features of their homes. It is amazing.
