Although the outcome was not what we had hoped for, and we ended up losing our sweet kitty Shoes, Dr Kathleen and her staff gave us the time to say our goodbyes with dignity, and helped our fur baby cross over with the least amount of pain and fear. Definitely recommend Thorndale Animal Hospital, I live in London and after speaking with most of the vets in London who told me my cats situation was an emergency but they couldn't see him, they were recommended and I gave them a call. Their front staff was courteous, understanding and even made me feel calm, and once we took our lil guy there the vet was professional and understanding and were fair with the overall cost. Great experience overall! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

I had my puppies seen by the Vet today for their first vaccines. It was short notice as I got caught in some very bad weather and I am not normally from this area. Everyone from the Receptionist to the Vet techs and the Vet were wonderful. So happy with everything!
