Excellent customer service. We were interested in a generator for our travel trailer, and even though they didnt have stock at the time they found us the perfect addition in a timely manor due to us camping for a month at a specific location which the power kept failing due to everyones A/C over loading their power. We got our generator in a few days, and have ZERO issues.

Great experience with Joanne! My wife and I went in to see her straight from another ATV dealer because of frustration and Joanne made us feel very welcome right away. Answered all of our questions and came up with a great solution for our needs - plowing, hauling firewood, dragging a trailer, working around the property etc. All the staff was very helpful and knew about our purchase and what stage is was at each time we called for an update! Look forward to dealing with Bracebridge Yamaha for a long time!
