I was up for my renewal with a bank and wasn't happy with my experience, after having a mortgage with them for 5 years, they resorted to scare tactics to try and get me to stay. I went to K.C immediately and discussed my concerns and asked lots of questions, he walked me through the whole process with professionalism and worked with what was best for me.
Even after renewal, K.C continues to stay in contact and is still available to answer any questions. Without a doubt I highly recommend anyone who has mortgage questions to connect with K.C first.
