    On the positive note, Dr. Ursell is intelligent.
    But phone calls don't get answered, detailed messages dont get answered - follow ups seem impossible.

    Very personable & efficient when being seen. Impossible to reach for little things to her(might not even have read the file).As is your Dr. Would except receptionist or her to get back by phone (3 days later). I am from far away.
