I want to tell you something I was beside myself my car died just around the corner from greavette on my way to the cottage very stressed out very upset I lost my husband recently so my stress levels are even higher wouldn't you know their service department was closed but thank God for Tony he took us in the service bay. He helped me relax a little bit told me that first thing in the morning he would try his very very best to get this car fixed as he knew I had to go to work back in the city of Toronto on Monday and I was very upset. I do not have the ability to stay up here a week to get the car fixed as there may be another issue with a part that has to be ordered from a previous problem. I can tell you the service was fabulous the caring the friendliness that I received here he stayed back even after it was time for him to go home he waited until my daughter-in-law came up behind us in her car to which was well past his quitting time. He proceeded to also unload everything out of my car and put it in hers and assured us he would get back to us as soon as possible Saturday and said try not to worry as he was going to do his best to fix the problem and get me back on the road. That definitely has made me think twice about when I want to buy another car which will probably be very shortly and I will come back here. I can't thank Anybody Everybody enough for their kindness and again especially thank you Tony
