Every Time I called I had a return call and all my questions were answered.
I can tell you this , with owning multiple buisness and dealing with other big firms this owner takes his time to make sure things are up to standards.
It's on you to take responsibility of your tax spending so dont blame anyone else.

I've gone to the Bracebridge H&R Block location for the past 2 years to have my taxes done and I've never been disappointed. The manager/owner? Does mine and he makes it a breeze with his jokes and ability to break everything down for me. I'd say he goes above and beyond the service I've received in the past and I won't get my taxes done anywhere else. The price is fair, the service is quick and easy and the staff are great to interact with.
