(July 23, 2018, 8:44 pm)A year ago, we moved all of our banking to Kawartha Credit Union from a another major bank due to a lack of customer service. I can honestly say that it was the best decision! We get the best customer service and as recent new home buyers, Bob, Stacy and Sheila were always there to answer our questions about financing and go over any concerns. They worked VERY hard to get everything done and very quickly at that. They were communicative during this process, which we appreciated very much. We are grateful for all their help and we look forward to many more years as customers of Kawartha Credit Union!
(September 30, 2017, 8:06 pm)I love banking here- The tellers are friendly and helpful- they always remember our names and ask how our kids are doing. Good customer service is few and far between these days- fortunately there are still places like this. 5 stars- always.
