(October 13, 2021, 11:25 pm)Max from Knowles came out today to connect our taps, R/O water, drain connection for the sink and connected our dishwasher. He was on time and did a terrific job. Max has a great attitude and wonderful sense of humour. If we need any more work we will call them.

(April 23, 2021, 1:44 pm)I reached out to Knowles for advice on replacing my UV bulb and to discuss winterizing my water line. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful. I purchased a bulb and sleeve and picked up curbside - very easy!
