These guys are great. I mainly dealt with Sean/Shawn but also Andrew. He helped me look into a crash replacement frame for my Scott mountain bike. He did a great job of giving me as much info as possible and even reached out to my local dealer for me to make things a lot easier. It's not the first time I've called Mica either. I've contacted them countless times for info on parts and advice on replacement, and these guys clearly actually use the equipment they sell and seem to truly enjoy helping customers.
