(April 9, 2021, 5:37 pm)The large spring on my up and over garage door broke. I called Jay and luckily one of his guys was in my area. He came by that afternoon, assessed the damage and took some measurements. He said a new spring would have to be fabricated. Next morning he turned up with the new spring, assembled it and the door worked perfectly. Great work and awesome customer service at a reasonable price.
