I sent Steven an email and he replied within minutes, in addition, he knew it would be a small Service Call, which was the first indication of professionalism. Being new to boats and engines, which I explained to him, he went above and beyond with regards to explaining in detail what steps he will take to winterize my engine. He showed up on time, when he said he would and the quote was accurate to the final cost. Being in a similar profession, dealing with the public, I would not hesitate to recommend Steven.
