Great experience. Receptionist was really nice. I was in and out within 40 mins which is pretty good for a walk-in / no appointment.

Dr. Cipriani is a class act. He takes the time to listen and genuinely looks to support you in all the ways he can. Such a patient and gentle soul. I feel very safe with him as my doctor and am so grateful he and his family moved to Muskoka. He is incredibly intelligent, kind, and professional.

I visited today as a walk in. The reception was kind and told me to return in an hour. As soon I got back it was my turn and I was promptly met with Dr. Liao.

The doctor was caring, gracious, and concerned enough to ask me to schedule a follow up the next day. Because I was only visiting temporarily, they worked around my schedule to make sure I’d be able to see someone for a follow up before going home.

The staff are kind, friendly, and patient. Dr. Liao was great as well.

I hope I never have to visit again but it’s great knowing they render a great quality of care should I need it in the future.

A lot must have changed in the past year or 2 because this clinic went above and beyond for me. Blood tests were done and results given in 48 hours (keep in mind you need to book a phone call appointment to get these results), they saw me on a timely manner, and even booked both an ultrasound and an upper scope with no issues. Communication with the staff is key, always ask about booking more appointments if you're a walk in patient and keep in mind to come in as early and as soon as the doctor arrives.

We’ve been going to south muskoka medical centre for 20 years and over the last few years it has become amazing when Jenny took over there was a huge shift in atmosphere and a more welcoming family practice rather then a stiff doctors office feeling there always trying to go above and beyond with helping in anyway they can! Even when our family dr holman isnt available another dr is always there to help and step in when needed. Always so clean and bright inside! Thank you for always doing the best even in scary times like this! Keep up the amazing work !
