The Muskoka River Chalet

Would highly recommend staying here! Location is excellent - right on the river while steps away from stores and restaurants, and just a short drive to Muskoka Brewery. Inside the chalet is extremely nice and cozy. The hosts are super friendly and made us feel at home. I'll definitely be returning! :)

Perfect getaway! Although a trip the emergency room got in the way of my anniversary this BNB was perfect! My partner unfortunately suffered from appendicitis and required surgery but Rob went above and beyond. Since an additional night was pending he took the time to book the room off for us which was so nice. I'm thankful we were able to still leave before the checkout time but I am thankful for these hosts to be so kind. The room was great! The entire house was spotless and I loved the two cats! I really recommend this BNB for your stay on Bracebridge!

This was exactly the getaway we needed. A quick walk to town allows you enjoy the charming town. The house itself is beautiful. The property has so many different areas to enjoy. We spent a lot of time on the dock and in the water, using the kayaks and paddle board. There were so many personal touches that made us feel so comfortable as soon as we arrived. Rob and Taurean are natural hosts who thought of everything to make our stay the best. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody ❤️ thank you so much

I stayed for 3 days in Aug 2020 at the Muskoka River Chalet and my stay was fantastic! When you first walk in, you are greeted by Rob, one of the friendly hosts, in a beautiful lobby. In the kitchen there was fresh bread and cookies waiting for us. It was a sweet and pleasant touch! We stayed in the Royal River view room. The rooms are equipped with their own mini fridges, safes and all have a keypad entry. It was so nice not having to worry about keys or keycards! We had a nice view of the river and the bed was comfortable. Downstairs was the beautiful chefs kitchen AND an updated outdoor kitchen! Everything is tastefully decorated and the spaces were inviting. The large dining room table was great for games and the living room couches were recliners! I was blown away from just the inside! But where we spent most of our time was on the dock by the river! The water was calm and the hosts had a paddle board, 2 kayaks and a gigantic floatie for us to enjoy! I planned on having dinner in town but this place was so relaxing that we never left the 3 days! All the amenities were steps away, so if we needed anything, it wouldn’t take us long to get there! I have stayed at this fabulous place several times now. A great location close to downtown Bracebridge. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are so comfortable. The hosts can't do enough for you and always looked after us. And to have all this situated on the Muskoka River with a private dock is amazing. I would highly recommend a stay here.
