My wife & I have utilized the services of "Pepi Sewage Disposal" twice now, over the past year & could not be more pleased. Very professional, courteous & knowledgeable staff. We recently encountered somewhat of an emergent situation, and they were very prompt in responding - through phone calls & actually attending our home in Tay Township. We would "highly recommend" this family owned business; who are clearly experts in their field. Brian & Kim P.
Got our septic pumped today and we are extremely please with the job done.Made the arrangements with Cathy over the phone and she was most helpful. We were not home when the service was preformed. Our tank is located next to our driveway at the garage and we did not realize it had been done until we saw the message on our front door. The lids were dug up, system pumped and the area restored and we had not notice it until we went back out and stood over it. Great job, great company.
This great family run business has helped my family out in a pinch multiple times. Lighting fast response with the service call to follow shortly there after. Great prices, excellent customer service and QUICK turn around. Highly recommend! Thank you Pepi!
Adam came out and provided fantastic service, friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me the do’s and don’ts about my septic system. Will use again and would defiantly recommend. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Great family owned company. Took excellent care of my septic system and provided valuable information on maintaining the system for the future. Have been using them for over a decade and they've been around for half a century or more. To the previous reviewer, I highly doubt that a concrete lid would be cracked into pieces by the septic pumper opening the lid. I assume freeze thaw did this to your lid or salt from your driveway or water softener. I wouldn't blame their team for this. It’s pretty hard for concrete to just crumble to pieces by the cause of a single person opening the lid. It is rock hard concrete and its lid is designed to be lifted open. If it crumbled, or broke upon opening then it is caused by deteriorating over time. Your the worst kind of client, blaming the contractor that happens to be servicing your aging item that he is the cause of it to break, when it was just about to fail. They are buried under dirt, under ground and exposed to lots of forces. $10 bucks, get a new lid and move on.
