Line ups outside, both for returns and purchases. All the staff were suitably prepared to deal with COVID-19. Wait was not too long. Everyone friendly and efficient.

The Gravenhurst location was fairly organized for physical distance and COVID-19 precautions but the overwhelmingly obvious thing was that virtually no patrons were wearing masks. And the beer store isn't the only business in this town that this has been the case. It was true at the LCBO and the Independent grocer as well. Is this typical of small towns? It will be interesting to see how or if this changes as masked are being mandated in commerical businesses throughout Ontario. This beer store has plenty of parking and is easy to get to, just off of Hwy 11.
