Bought the Bx23s and had it delivered a few days ago. Initially the unit was delivered when the roads were wet so the tractor arrived filthy with white calcium. Gino took the machine back, had it washed and polished again, and delivered again the next day shiny and clean.
Also, during installation of the 8” trench bucket there was an issue. A mechanic( Mike) showed up the next morning and resolved the issue. It was a Kubota issue not a dealer issue.
Mike also discussed a few features of the machine from a maintenance point of view which will help in the future.
So far I have had great customer service with Kubota North and would recommend them to anybody
