Danielle is an amazing yoga instructor!! I’ve started and stopped countless yoga classes with various teachers in the past and could never get into it and stick to it - I always felt out of place. But that all changed with Danielle. There is something about her style that makes yoga more accessible - it never feels like I’m not enough of a yogi to do it. I love her classes, and after 6 days in her 30 Days of a Yoga program I’m hooked. Try her out, you won’t regret it!

I have attended many of Danielle’s yoga classes as well as one of her wellness retreats. Danielle is professional, approachable and knowledgeable about yoga and wellness. During her yoga classes she makes participants feel comfortable with her calm demeanour. Danielle's wellness retreat was well thought out, organized and meaningful- integrating yoga, journaling and meditation for a whole body experience. I am very happy with all of the experiences I have had with Danielle Ryan and Lifestyle by Design :)

Never had I done yoga before (was a little scared to be honest) Did a private 1 on 1 yoga class with Danielle and she was great on doing a routine that was challenging (in a good way!) And still very beginner friendly.
