I telephoned the Gravenhurst store today and explained my concerns to Mark . He invited me to come right in. On arrival , the 2 concerns were promptly addressed. I went home very satisfied .

Excellent music store. I went in there to by an amp for my guitar. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but since I am relatively new to guitar playing I asked for some advice. They did not try to upsell or get me into something I didn't need. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is easy to get to with lots of parking.

Kristopher at the Gravenhurst Ont. store was great to deal with, very informative and very helpful in the purchase of my two guitars and accessories.

Drove up to Gravenhurst tonight to check out the new store and pick up a demo set of Zildjian K Custom Dark hi hats. Great store, good selection and super friendly and helpful staff. Will be visiting again.
