Ratcliff Action Towing were awesome, couldn't have been happier!

Last week i received much needed help from Ratcliff Towing in Gravenhurst when i slid my truck into the ditch. The technician came to my rescue promptly and he was empathetic to my situation. He reassured me by commenting, many motorists have trouble on this particular road. He proceeded to pull my truck with precision. When it came time to pay i was pleasantly surprised at the cost. I will always recommend Ratcliff be your first call when in need.

Had an amazing experience with this towing company. Was a fast service, very fair pricing, and great customer service. Although I called at a late hour, he was happy to help and very easy to talk to. Would use this service again and highly reccomend to anyone in need of towing. We had quoted other companies and they all tried ripping us off.
