BMO Bank of Montreal

Recently purchased some land up just outside of Dorset & needed to get a deposit to the agent for my offer. I first tried to use the BMO online customer service line to make an appointment, they were not overly helpful. Wasted almost an hour on the call, it became late in the day and I began to panic because of Covid shorter hours and longer lines. Figured out a way to contact the Huntsville branch directly. They were fantastic. Guaranteed an appointment with no waiting when I arrived. When I got into the branch they also guided me to a certified option that saved me money and was more ‘direct’. I am extremely grateful for all they did for me to ensure my deposit was received on time so I wouldn’t lose the real estate deal.

Clean, lines are not usually too long, smiles. Things to expect when coming to this beach of BMO. Very nice customer service here and the managers come out frequently to say hey, how's your day. Good show !!
