Living on the rivers edge in Muskoka relying on well water is good until the water is lowered and the well runs dry as it depends on that water . Briggs has came to our rescue more than once . They have reasonable prices with excellent work . They also had a plumber call me and go over issues relating to our problem several times . Thats above and beyond in my books . The pump in the lake finally failed. In spite of thick ice Peter Briggs put together a new stand and a new pump and got the water back the same day. Pretty amazing work and timing. The next day he came back and replaced the pressure tank and the associated galvanized plumbing with copper. This freed up the lines from blockage and the water pressure in the house soared. All cleaned up and working perfectly. A pleasure to work with a firm that installs quality parts and service.

Can't say enough great things about folks at Briggs and the top notch service they provide! They schedule jobs based on immediate need, which we appreciate even when calling for routine stuff where we may have to wait a few days. Glen is knowledgeable and patient and takes the time to explain everything in a way that make sense. In a service industry where it's often hard to even get someone to call you back, you can count on these folks every time!
