Porches of Muskoka

Purchased a modular home in Muskoka, and we hired Porches of Muskoka for an inspection. We were very pleased with the proffesionalism of this company, they accomodated us and they even stayed and waited for us, despite us running very late due to hwy 400 being jammed packed as we drove north from Mississauga. The inspection was very theral, great knowledge, very detailed, roof, siding, opened the entire electrical panel, looked at the sewage holding tank, all electrical outlets, gave us the options for us to get proper power, by generator or propane or getting it connected to the grid or.solar panels and gave us aproximate costs for all options. These are just some example but he went into a lot more details. Really proffesional ! Thank you so much for all this, we highly recommend using them. We shopped around and trust me, some people dont even answer their phones, some people charge some really high prices. They answered first time we called, booked it right away, price was very reasonable and incredible service !
