Typhoon Hot Tub Service

Typhoon Hot Tub services got me out of a bind in 2016 with my cottage hot tub not working right before rental period, and the services provided were fantastic! Very personable, and it was the Owner Greg who came out and did the servicing. I kept his number not knowing when I would possibly have any issues in the future but this year, in 2019 I had problems again. Pump no. 1’s drain plugs was leaking and causing the tub to empty below the filter. When I changed out the plug ( which had snapped off at the head) and reattached the 2 main water tubes to the pump, one of the fasteners also cracked! Over the phone, Greg walked me through what parts I would need to order for a temporary fix, and even how to fix it. I got the part and reconnected the tube and was back running again in less than an hour. Greg was backlogged for 3 weeks, but still offered to come out the following day on his way back from another job to put the permanent pieces in place. In cottage country, everything is backlogged in summertime. My renters arrive in 2 days. I cant say enough about Typhoon’s customer service!

Greg is great too deal with. Fast service, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend him for hot tub service.
