Getting a call from Julie Guerrette at VitalAire was just what I needed. I had been suffering for quite some time with issues that I thought were strictly allergies. After speaking with Julie and her asking me the right questions, I realized that my machine's safety had been compromised. I had no idea how I was suppose to maintain the proper care of the machine. I have had this machine since 2006 and had my machine checked routinely. I was never given the correct cleaning and care instructions until speaking with Julie. She was so kind in explaining the cleaning process and how dangerous it can be to not do so. Julie went over all aspects of the cleaning process for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance, as well as the importance of purchasing specific parts on a yearly bases to maintain good health. I had no idea. I have been suffering all this time needless. Julie was so open to answering all my questions and never once made me feel like I was asking something that was ridiculous. She really went over and above getting information to me and getting my order out to me so quickly so I could get on with a quick recovery. I can't thank you enough Julie for your kindness, patience, and caring way.
