(December 10, 2019, 2:33 pm)Curling is the sport that Canada is famous for. (Yes, hockey... but really more of Canada is welcome in a curling rink that on a hockey team.) The Club at Baysville is the most welcoming that I have experienced.
This image is from a one of a kind league called Practice First. In most Clubs new and intermediate curlers improve their skills during game play. A practice league enables people to repeatedly refine a shot. Without the pressures that show up in a game.
Here the lasers have been set up for a sweeping drill. A drill that shows the curler the full width of the path they need to sweep.
