Very welcoming and helpful staff. It's not the closest marina for us but we travel there for the cheaper gas and better service. Plus the ice cream parlour is a treat for the kids!
Great service and friendly interaction. Always there when we need them.
Yoga on the deck! Perfect scenery..water trees, occasional music from passing by boat.
Great experience for fishers just starting out like kids. Love the shop and the water airport. I would recommend this place for fishers just starting out or someone who just LOVES ice cream in Muskoka.
Mortimer’s has had a complete makeover with their owners, Tiffany and Jason. If you come for gas, the experience is beyond expectations. A team member will practically run to you and assist with your docking and tying up. They are informed, polite - young team members anxious to make your stay great even though, well, you’re there for gas!
You hop off the boat while they Gas up and you are free to check out the store. Years ago it was full of expired ice cream cones and a few life jackets. Now it is digital, full of really cool merch and swag, gifts, candles, snacks and boating and dock accessories.
In the building next door, there is a shack where you can have fresh smoothies made on the spot!
It’s our new “go to” place for fill ups and snacks. Beyond that, a great new service department for your marine needs. I pulled in last week with a broken alternator belt. They looked after my dog while I found a ride home and in every way I felt I was treated the way movies In the 1950’s would depict a service station. Polite, clean, happy to help and the team sends you on the way, helping untie your boat and casting you off safely. It’s a new experience up here to have a first class marina. Port Sandfield might be the only other. Highly recommend Mortimer’s.
