I love there service been taken there taxi for years never had any problem thank you for the great service keep up the good work

Don't usually use this service since I don't live in the area, but every time I have taken a cab their drivers were always pretty good with me. My wife is originally from the area and she has always had good things to say about their drivers, but use to have a lot of issues with the owner being very childish and unprofessional. I myself have heard the owner yelling and being rude to her employees over the cab's radio. The last time I was in the area I witnessed one of their cabs parked in the Tim Horton's handicapped spaces while the driver was inside getting himself coffee (obviously not happycapped). Later my wife seen that someone had posted a picture of it on a Facebook group. On this post the owner's comments were very rude and adversarial to the person who posted the picture, making accusations and excuses for the incident. With this it seems like the employees for the most part are decent but it's debatable if the owner truly deserves the business...I guess we'll never find out since it's the only cab company in the area. If someone a little more professional opened another cab company there, Le Taxi would probably lose all of its business and the competent employees hands down!
