I buy a Sthil tool here every summer. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Will up sell you to a much better product at a comparable price if possible. They are down to earth people running a business.
They back their products and I reccomend them for all you power equipment.

Just purchased a Chainsaw from Premier.
I try to buy a new Sthil tool each year. You can't beat these guys and gals....period.
Service, sales, knowledgeable about their products, it's what you expect in a place like Premier.
Warranty service is provided without question. Sales people will quite often "up sell" you, which quite often results in getting a much better product on sale for a comparable price to what you were going to buy....twice for me, trimmer and saw, i got way more then i wanted or needed for the same as my budgeted item.

Good place to deal with

The store is very open and inviting when I went to go select some premium equipment. That lady at the front desk is very nice and always brings a smile on my face. Furthermore there is another lady near the side of the office who is intelligent, charismatic, kind, and thoughtful. As well, the tech, office, and mechanic guys are all hard working and point you in the right direction. 10 out of 10, would recommend. :>
