I have had issues with delivery order inaccuracies in the past and sometimes the quality of wood they pick is not the best. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. I have asked for lengthy price lists from them over the phone and they are quick and efficient at giving them. On the whole, whomever manages the place is doing a very good job as well as the employees!
