Owner is pleasant enough and professional, but i would not recommend,
they have absolutely ZER0 SERVICE GUARANTIES and expertise is a bit limited to simple jobs
Highly recommended we called about a concern about our drain he gave us ideas over the phone to try before he came out so we didn’t pay for a service call and we were able to fix ourselves. That is a good business man and person we will definitely use him if ever needed and highly recommend them????
highly recommend Drain Heroes if you are having any septic issues like slow draining causing the holding tank to overflow. This rejuvenation treatment has made my system run like it was new. This team explained what was happening every step of they way. Excavating and flushing out the drain field was a big job that I did not know any one that has done this before. Add in camera scoping of the system and top it off with high pressure air injected in to the ground open up drainage. 1 month later and still working like new 5/5
I cannot thank Drain Heroes of Delhi ON enough. Chris, the owner is the most professional, honest, knowledgeable and helpful technician I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had a slow draining bathtub that ended up being related to a main line blockage. Chris was thorough and explained every detail and had my problem solved and made recommendations to avoid future problems without forcing unnecessary expenditures. It is very obvious from my first phone call that Drain Heroes is passionate about truly helping the customer without any hidden agendas. Problems are diagnosed and fixed the first time and done right.
