We needed a new water heater installed. We contacted JP on the Friday, new water heater was installed on the Monday. JP is very responsive to messages, he was very professional in all of our interactions. His provided high quality service, very fair in pricing. A/C stopped working on a Sunday afternoon... was 33 degrees outside. Called Riches and someone was here within the hour.... on a Sunday afternoon! 10 minutes later my A/C was up and running. Amazing and friendly service.

JP has fixed my furnace, checked my A/C, fixed my gas fireplace, run gas line for my BBQ and fire table, fixed the thermostat in my shop and even installed all new Smoke/CO2 alarms and lights throughout my house. Always friendly and professional and easy to get a hold of. Definitely recommend!
