Matt was contracted out by Reliance to take care of an issue with a leased AC unit. We have had many repair people come through the house via Reliance and Matt was one of the most professional and timely guys we have had. Our AC unit dies on the Wednesday before the August long weekend, Reliance thankfully books Matt for the Thursday morning. High voltage lead has blown the PC board (probably due to a power surge) and the PC board has to be replaced. Thankfully the part came in from Oshawa on the Friday (was worried it would have been the Tuesday) and he came over as soon as he could to install it (knowing that it was in the hottest streak we have experienced this summer). Great communication and made sure the job was done right. He also asked me to contact him a few hours later to make sure the AC was cooling the house. His attention to detail and his timely, professional manner were appreciated by my very warm family lol. Thanks, Matt. We will call you again (*we did not have to pay for the service as it was under the lease with Reliance, otherwise I am sure Matt would have been a good value for the work he did).
