The Twisted Chicken

We are from out of town and decided to try the Twisted Chicken because I had been eyeing it for a long time and we were in the area. First off, the owner was in the back cooking. That’s a big plus for me. They could pass it off, but they care! They also make their food from scratch! They were friendly from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. Now to the food! The chicken Tenders were delicious! More chicken than breading and you don’t always see that! The breading had good seasoning and herbs/spices! The Mac N Cheese was excellent! Very creamy!! My only critique is I wish their was an option to add some crispy bacon! My Mashed Potato Bowl was heavenly. A little too much gravy, but who can complain? I’d rather more than less! This place does everything right! Customer Service, The Food, and now they just need to bring it to St.Thomas! 😆 haha! I wish! Thanks for the great food!

Amazing!!! Real mac and cheese ! Homemade and the mushrooms had a garlic taste ...very light but yummy

Very friendly staff, the chicken was amazing, the soup that came with the chicken was delicious, the battar was also great and fried very well. You can tell she puts love into everything she does. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fried chicken in the area.

Never once have we had a bad experience here. We regularly get the family meal, or chicken sandwiches and the portion sizes are great and the quality is even better. Easily our favourite local restaurant.

Enjoyed the 5 piece and fries meal and the Twisted Chicken mashed potato bowl today. Excellent portions with delicious flavour. The batter on the chicken was fantastic as was the comeback sauce to dip the chicken in. It was our first visit here and the tasty food and amazing custom service will definitely bring us back.
