To the permit. He helps do the permit! He even helped revise items after. Honestly building a house can be stressful he was by far the easiest trade to work with!!!! I appreciated working with him so much! I literally can not say enough about him and his services. Thank you so much! MOST RECOMMENDED. 10 stars.
(July 20, 2021, 5:46 pm)Working with RJ at Ernst Construction & Design has been such a great experience. His knowledge and expertise is on point. We've built and designed multiple homes over the years and we've never had such a great experience during the planning process. RJ truly listened to all our needs and hopes which was important to us. He took our vision and transformed into even more than we could have ever hoped for. He was patient with our questions and welcomed input. He was encouraging and empowered us to really plan the home we desired. I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am to have been introduced to RJ. We are from the Niagara Region and our "go to" designer was back logged but we were on a time crunch. A friend referred us to RJ and we were able to complete the design project virtually and ahead of scheduled. His time management is superb. I strongly recommend RJ at Ernst Construction & Design. He will be our new "go to" designers for all our future projects!
