CARSTAR Simcoe

I can’t say enough good things about CARSTAR in Simcoe. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very responsive to any phone or email inquiries during the course of the service. It was a seamless process between them and my insurance company. The workmanship is top notch and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that in addition to great collision repair work, the job was completed quicker than expected, and the car was essentially “detailed “/cleaned to a like new condition both inside and out despite the fact that damage being repaired was to a more isolated area. I highly recommend CARSTAR in Simcoe and will definitely take my vehicles there for any future work regardless of whether it is for personal/customization work or for an insurance claim.

Took our car there today to get an estimate. Brad was very awesome to deal with. He had a look at the car and offered up a quick solution, and didn’t even charge us. Great customer service!! Will definitely recommend this business to others.
