(August 25, 2017, 4:04 pm)I had called with what I thought was a water softener issue, the agent I spoke to on the phone "Morrine" was VERY helpful and booked an appointment for a technician to come do a home visit. When "Steve Boscario"(sp?) arrived he was prompt and courteous!!
A water testing was completed and we then went to where the softener was located. Steve inspected the unit and then set about advising me on the performance and usage of it. We discussed drinking water options and savings for our household.
The service was OUTSTANDING and we look forward to dealing with Steve and the team at Culligan in the future!!
