First talked to Don on the phone and he quickly quotes a price based on the height of the antenna I needed to be able to get decent internet service where we live next to a hill that makes it hard to get line of site service. When I talked to another provider - he hemmed and hawed score quoting a price- felt like he was trying to figure out how badly I wanted an antenna. But Don gave me a price which was lower and in the end was a bit lower as the machine work ended up costing him less than he thought. And when Don came for the site visit- his suggestions based on his experience and expertise was invaluable. All along he kept us informed as to when he would be there and he kept his word.
