As soon as you walk into Sofia's office at Lux Counselling Collective you feel at home! Sofias personality as well as her space makes you feel so calm, safe and at peace. Sofia has worked with my partner and myself for a little over a month now and it has been transformative! There has been major breakthrough in not only our relationship but our individual day to day lives. Sofia makes us feel so comfortable and confident exploring and unpacking our struggles while also shining a light on some hard discussions! Sofia makes you feel heard and valid in every situation. We love the way Sofia uses face to face sessions, one and ones as well as providing take home work sheets to help us as we go! She is so knowledgable and visibly passionate about everything she speaks on and it has made a world of a difference for us! We love Lux and Sof!!
