(July 29, 2016, 7:30 pm)Laura, the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I had my hearing checked once before but was apprehensive (they were nice but I felt uncomfortable).
Jennifer gave me the hearing test and explained everything she was going to do ahead of time. Once the test was done she explained the results and how hearing aids could help me. She explained the different costs, kinds and what they did. I originally chose the total in-ear hearing aids.
When I returned for my follow-up appointment two weeks later, I explained that I didn't like the ones I had chosen and could I change them. I was quite surprised that there was absolutely no problem and no extra cost. I now have the over the ear style and am very happy with them.
My experience with Listen-UP Simcoe, was painless, informative and satisfying.
