For over three years, Mike Brisson has been my trainer. He thoroughly assessed my strengths and weaknesses and then we began. It was not easy at the beginning, as I possessed improper training habits which had to be corrected through education, progression and Mike’s fastidious eyes. Sometimes I think he inhabits my body!! His knowledge of body mechanics is extensive. I carry my body so differently than before and have improved mobility with less likelihood of injury. Mike’s commitment to his clients is strong and he is genuinely invested. He comes to each session with a prepared exercise plan that can be changed up in a flash if need be and never gets boring. He is very well-versed in the subject of nutrition and I fully recommend that one receive his guidance.

Mike has been my trainer for a number of years now, and I love working with him to improve my function, strength, and mobility. Every time I have an injury or issue, I trust him to get me through, and to get me physically better and stronger than before. I have worked out and been physically active for many years, but I am now in the best shape I have ever been in. Mike works hard to make sure my technique and form are done well, coaching me with cues to ensure I understand what to do, so that I can be confident I will not injure myself at work or working out in the gym. In addition to the physical training, Mike has been instrumental in improving my nutrition, providing help when I’ve been in trouble with a sudden change in my metabolism. Mike’s coaching has improved my awareness of what my body needs are on a daily basis, and also how to adjust my diet during times of increased exercise.
Mike is a fantastic trainer. After I suffered a major injury a couple years ago and not having nearly the mobility I used to have, I started training with Mike, in just 4 months of training with him he has taken my body to new heights that I didn’t think were possible again. I also box with Mike and as a boxing coach he is top tier, he has shown me so much and given me a great respect for the sport and is pushing me towards greatness. He has planned and worked out a nutrition plan for me that has made me feel great and is showing results. I highly recommend all of his services! 10/10! Ragnarok boxing is the only way to go!!!
I have trained with many individuals over the years. Mike is by far the best trainer I have used. He is knowledgeable about exercise and recognizes individual needs. He is able to alter his intended program at the spur of the moment for new injuries. Mike is able to safely train me past my comfort zone without my knowledge. The boot he's a great guy. I highly recommend him
Mike’s knowledge of how your body works and just as importantly doesn’t work is amazing. He gives you a lot of information as to why and how you should be doing the various exercises and equally important what not to do so you don’t continue to train in ways that hinder healing and performance improvement. He is very patient and working towards a long term solution not just a quick fix. Highly recommended
